Thank you so much for visiting my site. 

My name is Leon Melnicenko, and I'm from a town in the north of England called Bolton, home of Peter Kay, Paddy McGinness, & Greggs Pasties!

When I turned 16, I worked night shifts in a paper mill called Redbridge. 

And, although I didn't mind the work (mixing up paint and operating the machines), it didn't excite me, and I knew there was so much more to life.

Then, one evening while out on the town, I bumped into an old school friend.

Who told me he had joined the British Royal Marines Commandos.

The next thing I know, I'm in basic training for the next 32 weeks.

I served for 8-years and had some crazy experiences, including a 6-month tour of Afghanistan which is something I will never forget.

"RIP Marine Laski, my room-mate in training and one of the funniest people I have ever met. He was a scouser (from Liverpool), with an incredible sense of humour. Gone but not forgotten".

I was stationed at 42 Commando Royal Marines, Plymouth, UK!  

In my final year as a Marine, I hatched a plan to set up an outdoor Bootcamp, which I called, Sound-Fitness Team Training.

I was on a non-deployable draft at the time which meant I couldn't be sent anywhere, so it was the perfect opportunity to run classes in the evening.

When I sat down to plan my first group fitness programme, I discovered that I had a knack for coming up with fun and result-focused workout ideas. 

Fast forward 2-years and I had over 200 members on my books in three locations, mostly through referrals, word of mouth and a little help from Groupon.

In 2014 I sold my fitness business and moved to Spain so I could focus on the , a workout builder that helps group fitness trainers plan more enjoyable workouts. 

And thats where I met Sophie, at the local jet wash 

"Sophie was a paralegal at a top London law firm. She was on a 6-month sabbatical so she could spend time with her family who lives here".

I couldn't read the instructions in Spanish, so Sophie took over and washed my car for me. The rest, as they say, is history.

Alba and Lili were born in Spain and attend the local Spanish school.

And as for Sophie and me.

Sophie takes care of the day-to-day operations so I can focus on creating fun group workouts for awesome trainers like you.
